It does not constitute a direct transactional platform or an automated lease generator. Specific lease agreements are signed individually following mutual in-person assessment.
2. Partnership Framework & Corporate Lease
When partnering with ARONE, a formal civil lease agreement (Bail Code Civil) is established between the property owner and ARONE SAS. This agreement explicitly authorizes professional subleasing, details the fixed monthly rent, specifies insurance coverage, and outlines the scope of 100% funded renovation works.
3. Renovation & Furnishing Commitment
All renovations, space improvements, and furniture investments undertaken by ARONE are 100% financed by ARONE with zero financial contribution required from the landlord. Permanent architectural improvements (such as flooring, painting, fixed plumbing, and electrical work) remain attached to the property at lease termination at no charge to the owner.
4. Intellectual Property
The trademarks, logos, photographs, 3D mockups, and text published on this website are the exclusive property of ARONE SAS. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any related partnership discussions are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed exclusively to the competent courts of Paris, France.
